An operator creates a company workspace, adds the company logo, and starts with a simple editable structure.

2. Build the structure

Employees can be added manually or imported, then grouped by department, team, reporting line, and safety role.

3. Share and maintain

Admins maintain the data while employees use a read-only link to find people, roles, and safety contacts from their devices.
