Pilot terms for early Orgaknow customers.

These initial terms frame Orgaknow as a company-owned workforce information tool. They should be reviewed legally before larger public rollout.

Client responsibility

  • The client confirms it has permission to upload employee data and photos.
  • The client controls which employee fields are visible to staff.
  • The client keeps exported charts and shared links inside approved company use.

Service responsibility

  • Orgaknow provides the hosted application, admin access, staff view, exports, and reasonable pilot support.
  • Company workspaces should remain separated and protected.
  • Pricing, access, or service changes should be communicated with reasonable notice.

Payments

After the trial, paid access continues according to the active company size plan. If payment stops, admin editing and exports may be paused while staff read-only access may remain available by agreement.
