Pricing

Simple pricing after a 30-day trial.

Companies can test Orgaknow first. Billing starts only after the trial when the company has more than 15 employees.

Monthly plans

  • Up to 15 employees: free.
  • 16 to 50 employees: R199 per month.
  • 51 to 200 employees: R599 per month.
  • 201 to 1000 employees: R1499 per month.

Payment status

If payment is missed, admin editing can be paused and resumed once payment continues. If payment remains inactive for three months, the company workspace may be deregistered.
